Submission of your invoice with payment is agreement to the following terms and conditions:
1. Orders placed less than 15 days in advance have 25% rush fee applied to the total order.
2. Rushed orders must be paid in full at the time order is confirmed.
3. A minimum 50% deposit is required on all confirmed orders to book. Balance $300 or less due in full to book.
4. No refunds/transfer of deposit upon customer cancellation.
5. Remaining balance is to be paid 14 days before your event date (date you need order).
6. Shipping and handling is an additional fee & is based on the weight of the package.
7. Orders must be picked up. No delivery.
8. No Refunds of this custom product.
9. Issues are to be addressed within 5 days.
10. Allergen Notice: Some or all baked desserts may contain milk, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, soy and wheat.
